A delightful twist on classic tiramisu featuring caramel and apple layers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup caramel sauce (divided)
- 2 Granny Smith apples (sliced)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew espresso and let it cool. Slice apples thinly.
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream and mascarpone until soft peaks form. Mix in half the caramel sauce.
- Briefly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled espresso and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add half of the sliced apples and drizzle with more caramel. Repeat layers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled with additional caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Adjust sugar in caramel sauce based on sweetness preference.
