- 1 loaf crusty bread (Italian or French)
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket in the middle of the loaf of bread, being careful not to cut through the edges. Remove some of the bread inside to create more room for the filling.
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff the pocket of the bread with the cheesy spinach mixture, ensuring to pack it in well.
- Lightly brush the outside of the bread with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed bread on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy.
