- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (400g) kidney beans (optional for chili mac recipe easy no beans)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned (break it apart as it cooks).
- Add chopped onion and garlic, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper (this boosts flavor early).
- Add diced tomatoes, broth, beans, and corn. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked macaroni directly into the pot (stir gently so it doesn’t stick).
- Cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is tender (stir occasionally).
- Turn off heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve warm.
