Deliciously moist chocolate chip muffins that are perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, then add melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overmix the batter for lighter muffins.
- Add nuts or other mix-ins as desired.
