Delicious chocolate truffles with a hint of raspberry.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in raspberry puree until well combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, make sure the chocolate is finely chopped.
- Use fresh raspberries if possible for the puree.
