Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in raspberry puree until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
