- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 4 oz brie cheese (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp water (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
- Place a slice of brie on one side of each rectangle and top with cranberry sauce. Add fresh rosemary if desired.
- Fold the pastry over the filling, pressing gently to seal. Cut slits along the edges and twist each section to form spirals.
- Whisk together the egg and water, then brush this mixture over each twist for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- These twists are best served warm.
