Ingredients

  • 4 oz brie cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp water (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
  3. Place a slice of brie on one side of each rectangle and top with cranberry sauce. Add fresh rosemary if desired.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling, pressing gently to seal. Cut slits along the edges and twist each section to form spirals.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water, then brush this mixture over each twist for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
