- 4–5 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced cooked chicken and warm through.
- Pour in heavy cream or coconut milk.
- Stir gently and bring to a light simmer.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer briefly until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve warm.
