Delicious chicken tacos filled with marinated chicken, topped with fresh cabbage and sriracha mayo.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (Low-sodium or coconut aminos can be used as substitutes)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
- 8 crispy taco shells (Warm in the oven or microwave prior to filling)
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (For topping)
- to taste Sriracha mayo (Mix mayonnaise with sriracha to taste)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
- While the chicken is cooking, warm up the taco shells in the oven or microwave to your liking.
- Fill each taco shell with the cooked chicken, then top with shredded cabbage and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top for an extra burst of flavor, and you’re ready to enjoy!
