Description

Delicious and crispy air-fried chicken thighs seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin become crispy.
  3. Season the chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place in the air fryer: Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook: Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 8–10 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
