Ingredients

Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized strips.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly golden.
- Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add chopped spinach and stir until wilted.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
- Add lemon zest and juice.
- Cook another minute until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve warm.
