Description

This Garlic Butter Parmesan Salmon recipe is quick, easy, and packed with flavor. Perfectly baked in foil for a tender, flaky texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon of choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut a piece of foil long enough to fold up around the salmon. Place the foil on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
  3. Place the salmon skin side down on the foil. Gather the foil around the edges of the salmon, but do not cover the salmon completely. Spread the parmesan garlic herb mixture evenly on top of the salmon.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is firm. Broil the top for the last 1-2 minutes to brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with additional chopped parsley and parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
