- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add the garlic, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or thickness as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
- Serve as a dip, dressing, or spread. Stir before each use.

- This dip can also be used as a salad dressing.
