- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 small apples (peeled, cored and cut into thin slices)
- 4 ounces brie cheese (cut into small one-inch pieces)
- 1 piece egg (whisked for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 16 equal squares.
- Place 3 to 4 thin apple slices on each pastry square, then top with a piece of brie.
- Gently fold the corners of the puff pastry into the center and press lightly to seal.
- Brush the tops of each pastry with the whisked egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
