- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 6 oz Salami, sliced
- 6 oz Ham, sliced
- 6 oz Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni over the lettuce.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and thinly sliced red onions.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing—use just enough to coat without drowning.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well-coated in dressing. Serve chilled for best results.
