Description

This refreshing Italian chopped salad is perfect for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 6 oz Salami, sliced
  • 6 oz Ham, sliced
  • 6 oz Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni over the lettuce.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and thinly sliced red onions.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  5. Drizzle with Italian dressing—use just enough to coat without drowning.
  6. Gently toss all ingredients together until well-coated in dressing. Serve chilled for best results.
