Delicious and fluffy orange poppy seed muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
