Description
A simple and delicious turkey gravy made from drippings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups turkey drippings (or chicken broth)
- 1/2 cup water (cold)
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (to thicken if desired)
Instructions
- If you want to add small bits of meat, they need to be precooked. If not, add a bit of olive oil into your pot and set to sauté to brown first. Then continue on to further instructions.
- Cook pan juices on sauté mode in your Instant Pot for 2-3 minutes. Bring to a boil (can do the same on your stovetop on medium heat).
- Mix cornstarch and cold water together in a small bowl until smooth, then whisk into your pan juices.
- Whisk together until gravy is smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.
