Description

This creamy spinach artichoke dip is perfect for parties and gatherings, bringing together creamy cheese, garlic, and spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (13 ounce) can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream
  • ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1012 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella, shredded, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray your 8 x 8 inch baking dish to grease it.
  2. Add all of the ingredients except ¼ cup of the shredded mozzarella, and stir well, making sure the cream cheese and all other ingredients creams together.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the mozzarella on top is melted and the dip is browning around the edges.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before dipping in!
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
