Description
This creamy spinach artichoke dip is perfect for parties and gatherings, bringing together creamy cheese, garlic, and spinach.

- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (13 ounce) can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- ⅓ cup Sour Cream
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup Grated Parmesan
- 10–12 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 8 ounces Mozzarella, shredded, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray your 8 x 8 inch baking dish to grease it.
- Add all of the ingredients except ¼ cup of the shredded mozzarella, and stir well, making sure the cream cheese and all other ingredients creams together.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the mozzarella on top is melted and the dip is browning around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before dipping in!
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
