Description

Delicious stuffed chicken breasts with spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  4. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and fill generously with the spinach mixture.
  5. Secure openings with toothpicks to prevent filling from escaping.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
